Cette section, voulue par les musicien-compositeurs du Blue Section, elle est dédiée à ce public qu'en voulant les fonds sonores musicaux pour le propre Situé Web n'entend pas aussi payer les droits d'auteur. Questa sezione , voluta dai musicisti-compositori della Blue Section, è dedicata a quel pubblico che pur volendo i sottofondi musicali per il proprio Sito Web non intende pagare i diritti d'autore. Pertanto: chiunque può " serenamente" utilizzare i brani musicali ivi contenuti attenendosi a poche e semplici norme menzionate nel regolamento.

2) i brani musicali ivi contenuti sono disponibili gratuitamente, e non sottoposti a "diritti d'autore", solo per quel pubblico che intende utilizzarli nei propri Siti Web come sottofondi musicali;

3) è vietata la diffusione per scopi commerciali e comunque ai fini di lucro;

4) i brani non possono essere utililizzati per banners pubblicitari e affini che riguardano merci fisiche che non siano Siti Web;

5) la Home Page che utilizza i brani musicali può contenere banners pubblicitari commerciali che non siano necessiariamente Siti Web;

6) è consentito l'utilizzo gratuito dei brani musicali ad organizzazioni filantropiche, Associazioni Culturali e Associazioni Umanitarie non a scopo di lucro;

7) non è consentito l'utilizzo dei brani musicali ai Siti pornografici che riguardano la Pedofilia e comunque Siti Fuorilegge;

8) non vi è nessun limite numerico nel prelievo dei brani musicali;

9) è gradita una comunicazione scritta alla Direzione di Blue Section via e-mail e la menzione dell'URL del Sito prelevante;
