Musical foundations

This section, wanted by the musician-composers of the Blue Section, that public is devoted to that wanting the musical foundations for his own Site Web doesn't also intend to pay the rights of author. Therefore: whoever is serenely able to use the musical passages contained here concerning itself to few and simple norms mentioned in the rule.

RULE:

1) The Blue Section events of art in Taranto (Italy) it is only owner of the musical passages of whom it is object this Section;

2) the musical passages contained here are free available, and not submitted to "author's rights", only for that public that intends to use them in his/her own Sites Web as musical foundations;

3) the diffusion is forbidden for commercial purposes and however to the goals of profit;

4) the passages cannot be used for advertising banners and you sharpen that concern physical commodities that are not Sites Web;

5) the Home Page that it uses the musical passages you/he/she can contain commercial advertising banners that is not Sites Web;

6) the free use of the musical passages is allowed for the sake of money not to philanthropic organizations, Cultural Associations and Humanitarian Associations;

7) the use of the musical passages to the pornographic Sites that they concern the forbidden sex is not allowed and however Sites Outlaw;

8) there is not any numerical limit in the collecting of the musical passages;

9) a communication is pleasant written to the Direction of Blue Section by e-mail and the mention of the URL of the Site buyer;
